Hansa's "Portrait in Nature" is a
hand-crafted collection of realistic plush animals. Originally
created for the European collectors, each piece is designed with a
unique personality by artists from portraits of animals in their natural
habitat. |

Hansa animals appeal to collectors and
animal lovers of all ages. The life-sized pieces have
exceptionally strong, yet lightweight, structurally metal frames and can
even be "ridden" by children and adults (up to 250 lbs)
Each piece comes with a "Toys that Teach" tag describing in
detail, the animal's habitat, lifestyle, gestation period, care of young
and eating habits.
The "coat" of each character is meticulously
cut by hand, never stamped out of a machine. Fabric for the
spotted and stripped animals is custom designed and specifically
manufactured in small lots to Hansa's exacting specifications.
Available in eight distinctive collections; Arctic,
Asiatic, Aviary, Down Under, Extinct, Farm, Safari and Woodlands, these
animals can be posed together to create a magical attraction that brings
out the wonder in all of us. |
